Etsy Store Update

Today, I decided I would cut out fabrics for an Etsy Order and also to add a few new items to my "Store".

I made a few new Sock Knitting/Spindlers bags. These really turned out so adorably cute! I must try to keep one of these for myself.

I am still battling onward with the pnuemonia and respiratory difficulties. It did feel good though.... even though I tired out so quickly... to actually work on something fun today. I only managed to complete 3 of these new sock knitting/spindlers bags. But, that is atleast 3 more than I had yesterday. Right?

Tonight I figured out how to Add my Etsy Store Mini to my blog. Neat! Now I just need to figure out how to add other photos that I would love to share as I continue to write in my new blog. I just have to continue to read instructions and hoping I can figure this all out.

Soon I hope to have photos of my NEW & IMPROVED "Studio"... where I have all of my sewing, knitting, spinning, jewelry making and other supplies, etc. It has taken me a couple of years to progress this far with creating this AWESOME "Studio" to work in. We still need to put together my new Computer Armoire that my parents gave me money for Christmas to buy this for my studio. I can hardly wait to get my desktop computer moved off of my work space where I do all my sewing. It is a bit crowded... with my computer, printer, sewing machine and serger all on the same workspace. And still have ALOT to put away.... somewhere. I moved TOO MUCH of my supplies up from the basement. I really need to go through things and figure out what I won't use as often and move it back to the basement. I just want to have what I will use most often in this studio and bring up other supplies as needed, when needed. I guess I just wanted everything in this room... but there simply is not enough storage for all that I brought up to this new room.

I am so looking forward to getting back to the reorganizing of our home and this studio. For now.... I just have to rest and follow what my doctors are telling me to do and not do. These other things.... can wait. Things have waited this long... things can wait a bit longer. Most important.... is that I heal completely from the pnuemonia and respiratory problems I have been having since Christmas, which was after my last chemo treatment.

Announcing my "NEW" Blog

I have wanted to start a new blog for over a year. My former blog, I have sort of neglected for the past TWO YEARS. So, I figure it is time to start "ANEW".

I am looking forward to writing and sharing photos.

This will be alot of fun to be able to show my family and friends, all the things we are always creating.

This will be a way of sharing similar interests with others that have similar hobby interests.

This year will be a year of ALOT of changes in our family. My youngest daughter is graduating from High School and entering college in the fall. So, I figure by creating this blog.... while she is away at college, she can check my blog to see what Mom is up to. Same for all our other family members and friends.
